RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

PICKUP/DROP OFF:

For NYC Beach Bus riders: your rental items will be on the bus waiting for you. At the end of the same day, all you have to do is hand your package to the NYC Beach Bus rep with the packing slip attached. The NYC Beach Bus Rep will not verify the return, only the packing slip will be verified once return to the Rent Ride Return (RRR) store. if you miss the bus ride back home, items must be returned back to the store before closing. If you are staying at the beach for more than 1 day, you must complete a 4 day rental by emailing us.

In store pickup: you can pick up your item(s) the morning of your booking date and return it at night of the same day. If you would like to pick up your items the night before, call us to confirm. Please note we usually open at 7AM most mornings.

Drop-off: Items picked up in-store must be returned in store.

ADDING ITEMS TO YOUR ORDER:
If you want to add anything to your order, you must fill out this form again.

REFUND:
"Ask and you shall receive". Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your departure time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your departure or if you miss the bus or fail to pick up your items from the store, will receive no refund. There is no transferring your order to another date within 48 hours of your departure time, or if you miss the bus, or fail to pick up your items from the store.

Umbrellas returned without their case are subject to a $10 charge for replacement case.                           

DAMAGES:                            
You are responsible for loss, destruction or damage to the products due to theft, disappearance, fire, major irreparable stains or any other cause, other than normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear encompasses minor stains, stuck zippers or other minor damage. If You return a product that is damaged beyond normal wear and tear or missing valuable components such as that the product can not longer function 100%, then you agree that we shall charge you, and you shall pay, for the price for repairing or replacing the product, as determined at our discretion, up to the Retail Value for the product; Umbrellas valued at $50, Deluxe Beach Chair valued at $60, and Standard Beach Chair $35.

LATE FEES:                          
If you return the Products late or not at all, a late fee of ten dollars ($10.00), per product, will be charged to the payment card you used to pay the rental fee or to any other payment card included in your account information that you have provided to RRR, its subsidiaries, or partners for every day that you are late returning the product(s), and you agree to pay such late fees, up to an amount not to exceed the retail value plus applicable sales tax (plus the initial rental fee).
